Right of withdrawal
Important notice:
This withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (dotnetic GmbH, Königstraße 26, 48268 Greven, email: hallo@schlummermaerchen.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Special information
Early loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content and digital services, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance and you have previously expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and have at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins (section 356(5) BGB).
Important: If, when placing your order, you expressly consent to us immediately starting to supply the digital content, you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins.
